The Beginning

If you are reading this then possibly you too are experiencing some doubt as to your gender or you may know someone who is. Hello, my name is Jaimee, and Davita is a very dear friend of mine! We have been friends for almost two years now and she has really helped me come to terms with who and what I am inside.

Davita in pink square danceNOTE... Jaimee decided to transition. As of 8/21/1999, she was in the first week or so of hormones. She and I were tracking her life in her diary. I have the whole diary until July 31, 2001. By this time she wasn't keeping up with me on the updates. She also had decided to write a book with the help of her sister. One day, she just stopped responding to me. I tried contacting her sister as well, to no avail.

I used to maintain Jaimee's web site on Geocities, with her diary just in case, but I fear the worst. Wish her luck. *sigh* ... Davita
